For those of you who know me outside of this blog, you know that I’ve been heavily involved with an organization called NYBAP – The Network of Young Bangladeshi American Professionals since its relaunch in August 2005. The experience has shaped me in many ways but most of all I’ve learned a lot about leadership and marketing an organization – what works, what doesn’t. Before I forget some of these lessons, I think its worth blogging about them so I’ve inaugurating a new series of posts. They will all be tagged with NYBAP so you can follow along at your leisure.

Please feel free to share your thoughts in the comments
